I’ve asked you all on Snapchat what kind of post you’d like to see and it seems beauty related was the winner. On a sidenote, feel free to anytime Snap me with ideas of posts or stuff on Snapchat/Facebook you’d like to see, love hearing your suggestions.
So I decided to post about my favourite beauty/skincare products all €15 or under. Drugstore products can be just as good as high end. I want cheap cheap cheap, but quality, and these products as you’ll see, are plentiful. (Please excuse terrible camera photo quality)
Sleek Face Form Palette €13.49
This is my holy grail product. As you can see that highlighter has been well used. It really is perfect for contouring, very buildable product. I have the shade ‘Light‘. Sleek Cosmetics are really upping their game, their products are great and so affordable.
Make Up Gallery Bronzer €1.49
I love this bronzer. I have issues with shimmery bronzer but this is a great matte colour. I use this both as bronzer, on my neck, contour, but also as an eyeshadow. I have the shade ‘Matte Medium 2‘.
Rimmel Lasting Finish Pressed Powder €8.99
This is such a great little compact powder. It looks small but the dish is quite deep. Also, pull up the powder and you’ll find a mirror and a sponge, great to pop in your bag going out. It really does last too. Shade ‘002 Soft Beige‘ is what I use.
Natural Collection Blush €2.79
I have been using Natural Collection blush for as long as I can remember. They have such a wide range of shades. I use ‘Dusty Pink‘ and I love it. When it comes to blush I really don’t think it’s something you need to spend much on.
Catrice Eyeliner Pen €3.49
As I wear eyeliner most days I like to experiment with alot of brands and I’m glad to have come across such a great one for an amazing price. The pen tip is thick to give a good line and a heavy wing for those fat wing days.
Penneys P.S Range Lip Liner €1.50
I would not be buying the likes of MAC and Inglot lip liner when you have Penneys. These liners are so creamy and colour is fantastic. yes, you do have to top up when wore all over the lip. But for €1.50 you can’t complain. Stock up on those babies.
Max Factor Masterpiece Transform Mascara €13.99
If you follow me on Snapchat (aoifsp) you’ll have heard about this. It is the only mascara I use. If gives great length which is what I look for.
Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation €10.99
This is such a great fresh looking foundation. It’s got light to medium coverage but gives a great glow. Would be a lovely foundation for the summer. I use the shade ‘200 Soft Beige’.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation €12.99
Like the Wake Me Up this is a real fresh looking finish foundation. It’s got apricot for radiance, melon for hydration and apple to protect your youth. It feels great on the skin and is buildable. I use the shade ’53 Light Beige’.
Inglot Freedom Eyeshadows €6
Any make up fan HAS to have a stash of these shadows. They have a serious colour pay off and long lasting. Great value for only €6 it’s hard to only buy one. The burnt orange colour I’ve had forever and is my most used one and I still haven’t made a dent in the dish.
Sleek Eyebrow Kit €10.99
My go to eyebrow kit. I use this on the daily, as you can see by the state of it. I use the ‘dark’ one.
NYX Lip Liner €4.99
I love these liners!! The texture and quality is unreal. Fab as an all over colour. Loving NYX products lately. Here I have ‘817 Hot Red’ and ‘860 Peekaboo Neutral, which is my favourite liner ever.
Garnier 2 in 1 Make Up Remover €4.99
These oil and water based removers are the best. Why anyone uses lotion based removers are beyond me. I love this because it can be used on both eyes and face. Depending on how much make up you’re wearing all you need it 1 cotton pad to remove everything.
Nip+Fab Glycolic Cleansing Pads €9.99
These are just what they say on the tin, fab! No loner do you need to use the messy exfoliating cleansing scrubs when you have these bad boys. It comes with 60 pads ready to use. My face has never felt so clean before these.
Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Concentrated Hand Cream €3.97
Looking after your hands is so important, it’s one of the first signs of age. From having used to work in a café I’ve never realised the importance of hand care. This cream is an instant relief from dry hands. The formula is glycerin based which amazing for our skin. Handy size to throw in your bag.
Let me tell you, it was hard to narrow down these products I could have added so much more. There are so many amazing products found in pharmacies. Worth checking out your local to see what they have in stock.
Until next time,
